They supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) and apply to all products offered for sale.

Any order placed outside the available delivery areas will be automatically refused.
Article 3 – Delivery Methods

The delivery method is selected by the customer when placing the order.
Article 4 – Delivery Times
The delivery times indicated on the website are provided for information purposes only.
They include:

Order preparation time

Carrier transit time
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

The carrier

Exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, force majeure)
Article 5 – Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are indicated:

Before final order confirmation

In the PrestaShop shopping cart
They vary depending on:

The selected delivery method

The weight or volume of the package

The delivery destination
Article 6 – Receipt of Packages
The customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt.
In the event of a package that is:

Damaged
-
Opened
-
Incomplete

Make clear reservations with the carrier

Contact the seller by email within 48 hours
Any claim made outside this timeframe may be refused.
Article 7 – Undelivered or Lost Packages
In the event of non-receipt of a package:

The customer must contact the seller within a reasonable timeframe

An investigation will be initiated with the carrier
If the package is declared lost, the customer will be offered:

A refund

Or a reshipment of the product
Article 8 – Address Error
The seller cannot be held responsible for an error in the delivery address entered by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

Reshipping costs will be charged to the customer
Article 9 – Delivery Delays
In accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days, the customer may request cancellation of the order and a refund of the amounts paid.
Article 10 – Transfer of Responsibility
Responsibility is transferred from the seller to the customer:
