Article 2 – Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the Pro Racer SetUp website.
They govern the contractual relationship between the seller and any individual purchasing products for personal use.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are sim racing products and accessories, provided as generic, non-customized items.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description.
Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€).
The prices shown are final prices, with no distinction between excluding or including VAT, as the micro-enterprise benefits from the VAT exemption scheme.

Shipping costs are indicated before the final validation of the order.
Article 5 – Orders
Orders are placed through the website’s secure ordering process.
An order is considered final after:

An order confirmation email is automatically sent.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute or non-payment.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods are:

Payments are secured via the integrated PrestaShop solutions.
Article 7 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
👉 As the products sold are neither customized nor made-to-order, the right of withdrawal fully applies.
Article 9 – Returns and Refunds
Returned products must be:

unused

in perfect condition

in their original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Article 10 – Legal Warranties
Products benefit from:

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
